"All was ok, but the king bed unit we booked was not available. So we got 2 queen unit instead."

"everything was great. my only complaint was the wifi--the steps to get onto the wifi are too difficult and took too many tries to get on. i should be able to hook up to the wifi in windows and then click a web page that registers me/gets me on. getting that second step was hit and miss. also the basic internet is too slow. 10mb is inadequate."

"Very nice. Not enough bedding, but we had brought some with us for the 6+ guest room. Great location. Breakfast took a while because food had to be made frequently. I would stay again, though. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. Check out at noon, was amazing."

"The hotel was really nice. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. The security robot was cool :) The hotel pool and hot tub left a lot to be desired. The pool bottom was a little slippery and didn't look very nice. The hot tub jets didn't work. This hotel was in a convenient location with many restaurants along with a grocery store and gas station."

"A newer property that is awaya clean and well appointed. Friendly staff no mater the time you stop by at. This is our go-to place in Vancouver."

"Breakfast workers didn't do a very good job of keeping everything supplied - ran out of bacon with more than a half hour to go of the breakfast period. Also, one side of the toaster didn't work. Also, no orange juice on one of the days and the other juices were almost empty, again with 30-45 minutes to go yet in the serving period. Overall, breakfast needs some work."

"There was blood on our coverlet and had gone through to the sheets! This is every hotel stay’s worst nightmare. We did not get much help. They could not change our room because the hotel was full. And there was no housekeeping so no one would change our sheets for us. They did bring us new sheets and top coverlet and we had to change the bed ourself and they would not reimburse us because they said that Expedia would have to do that 👎."

"We arrived at 11pm, got the key card,went to the room and the card worked. The bed was great, we woke at 5am and we're on the road at 630. Perfect Okay slight attempt at funny, but it was a quick stop. Excellent as always"

"This is my go-to when I have an early flight. The room is big, clean, and quiet. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows! Breakfast, if I am not leaving too early, is great as well. Have stayed several times and will stay again. The 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport is a big plus. Several of the hotels on Airport Way have limited hours and this one is always available. And when needed - the Park and Fly option is really helpful."

"Staff and especially Keisha were terrific. Loop Breakfast was OK. Eggs were consistently overcooked while hash browns were consistently undercooked. Minimal fresh fruit. Coffee could grow hair. A second toaster would speed things up. Otherwise, selection was good and kitchen service personnel were attentive."
