"The front desk was very helpful at check-in by upgrading us to a top floor room. However, the room was very poorly configured so we couldn't watch the TV from the bed. There were no recycling bins, nor was there an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Free breakfast is always a plus, but the selection here was average at best."

"The entire staff at this particular extended stay is always extremely kind & very friendly during my stay! I frequently stay at the West Chandler location & both me & My Service Dog are always welcomed with a smile & friendly conversation! There are a couple locations that would be more convenient as far as closer to my work etc. but I prefer staying at this location because they make me very comfortable & I appreciate that! Their hospitality is excellent!!!!! 😀"

"The facility was being remodeled and ours was one of the last rooms waiting to be remodeled. The hotel was nearly empty at this point. Everything was a mess throughout the property. One night the fire alarm went off just as we were falling asleep. It turns out it was set off because of dust on the top floor. We waited outside for half an hour until the alarm was shut off. There was no hairdryer in the room so had to ask for one at the front desk. "

"The lobby is only open until 7 PM, so don't miss that detail. The room has no ice trays, no coffee maker, no silverware, no plates, no pots, and no pans. I was just shocked no coffee maker at a minimum as most hotels have that available in the room. The staff is very nice. "

"Non smoking rooms all smell smokey..you dont want to step on stainef carpetcarpet..ew..lights dont have twists to turns on light bulbs..curtaibs are falling off track..someone's hair clip holding curtains together. The area outside is gross and filthy. I should have spent the extra 50 and gone up the road "
