Did not stay requested due to, upon arrival went to my room. Very dirty and smelled dirty. Clerk offered a 2nd room, just as dirty and bad smelling. my spouse has congestive heart failure. I could not except thise conditions. Not as advertised.

Old hotel with much needed renovation. Bedding and towels are not even white anymore. Small bar or soap and very small bottle of shampoo is all you get.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. In a good shopping/food/main highway area and close to the airport. However....the hotel. The room smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom smelled of mold, and the sheets and pillow slips had stains that looked as if the bed had not been washed. Air went out after a couple of days, and breakfast was more like a morning snack, which was okay with me (granola bar/muffins/oatmeal packets, tea and coffee). There attendants were great and I actually felt bad for them because you knew they were doing their best. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again, but if you need something decent, affordable and in a great location, go for it. They never complained when Ibhad an issue nor was there any delay in response so I will give them that.

Pictures on the website were very deceiving. Would not recommend staying here. Staff was not very professional or welcoming. Walked in room after check in and there were puddles on the floor. We contacted them to clean it up and checked it out with maintenance. They used towels to mop it up and they were dark and dirty when they were done, so not sure the floor was cleaned before we checked in. Marijuana smell was very prominent in the hotel. Towels were very old and dingy, no longer white but gray in color and rough to use. A rag was left on the shower head. The WiFi was not working and we went to get ice and were told the ice machine was not working. Once again, the marijuana smell, UNREAL!! Ceiling vents, fire alarm and shower rod looked to be falling out of the wall/ceiling any minute. The bed was not comfortable. We checked out early and did not experience the breakfast. Would not recommend this place at all.

This hotel is horrible misrepresented. We didn't even end up staying there. As soon as you walk in the door, it was filthy. Looked like there was someone living in the hallway. The hallway down to the rooms had trash in the hallway and smelled of an ashtray. I bought insurance and am hoping I can get my money back, since we never even stayed there.

This place was dirty. Had people doing drugs outside. Hall carpet dirty and it smelled bad. Lots of questionable people around. Not a place for families or women to stay at.

Homeless lady in what I guess is the lobby - there’s 2 chairs there another person sitting on the floor on a phone. Plastic bags of what might be supplies for the hotel or the people’s belongings stacked underneath the area for the breakfast. Whole place is not up romper in any area loud car running out the window, no sleep small towels that are beyond the scope of any towel you want to use - left in the morning now fighting for refund - don’t even think this place is worth it being less expensive

AVOID THIS HOTEL Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing stay. The room and overall property were not in acceptable condition upon arrival. The sink and shower were clogged, the TV did not work, and there were clear cleanliness issues, including visible trash and hair in the drain. To make matters worse, upon arriving at the property, we noticed a small bag containing a white powdery substance near the front entrance, which was very concerning and did not create a safe or welcoming first impression. When we reported the room issues to the front desk, we were told to contact a supervisor or have maintenance come fix everything. Mind you, this was around 10 PM. After contacting Expedia, the hotel sent maintenance anyway, and he spent about 45 minutes unclogging the sink and shower just so they would function properly. Initially, Expedia advised they could not assist because the property has a strict refund policy. Under normal circumstances, I would understand that—but this property was absolutely not worth the amount paid, especially considering the condition of the room.

Waited for hot water to take a shower for 15 minutes and never got hot In a bad area 1st room full of smoke smell and terrible smells throughout entire hotel After looking at 2nd room and trying to take a hot shower we went down and left and didn’t stay Would never recommend this place to anyone Hoping Expedia will refund our money because they would not refund us our money We didn’t stay and didn’t get any type of customer service or help with getting a refund

Kick all of the crack heads, meth heads, and prostitutes off the property. Clean up all of the homeless people’s trash that camp out all over the property. I literally found two crack pipes in the parking lot. The place is horrible. Call the cops.

the hotel was over $200 for the night and not as nice as motel 6 that i have stayed in. we did have a nonsmoking room but it stunk like smoke in the hallways. the pillows were flat, the sheets and towels were old and dingy. this should have been a $100 room. and missing the basics, blow dryer, lotion and shampoo. you can tell the owners dont care.
