"The room was very dirty, dirty towels were had to go by Burlington to purchase towels and went by dollar tree to purchase cleaning stuff, night stands and furniture in the room was very dirty and the window. I spoke to a staff member at the front desk he said he will send someone up with new towels I wanted to book another room somewhere else but it was too late because we got there minutes to 7."

"The WIFI was WEAK. I took a room because i needed to do some work using my laptop. Unfortunately, the weak signal delayed my work. I was not to content about it. I did talk to the front desk, and there was nothing they can do."

"I found myself in a Vrbo rental that I had to flee, and Donna helped me to secure a room at this hotel for the remainder of my stay in Lancaster. She was so empathetic and helpful! All of the employees I interacted with were fantastic.
Parking lot is extremely well lit if you’re leaving or arriving after dark. There are quite a few luggage carts, so it’s easy to unload or load without having to wait. The location is very convenient with many attractions and restaurants nearby, many within...
