"We had a late check in (out of staffed hours) and it could not have been easier. We made contact to make sure it was ok, on arrival we got access and our room key with no fuss. Located the room and it was all very fresh feeling and lovely. It being one of the hottest nights of the year and there no built in aircon (welcome to England), but the fan kept us cool and the whole set up was really good. Check out was very simple too."

"Our room had a balcony/roof top area which was good. The bed was comfortable. The price was good and it was a good base, only 10 minute walk to Bridgnorth centre. Parking was available across the road at £4 for 24 hours.
One of the chairs was partly broken in our roof top area and the wall mounting for the shower head was poor. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. We had a 2 night stay and we were happy with our stay overall. We had a breakfast on our last morning which was very good."

"A lovely place to stay with genuinely attentive and kind staff who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and very family-friendly — even the other guests were friendly, which added to the experience. It felt comfortable and homely, and I’d happily stay again."

"We stayed for a night - beautiful room, comfortable bed and relaxing stay! Beautiful breakfast in the morning too, friendly staff and perfect location! The only thing for me was the stain on the bathroom floor.

"Full of old character. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was to a high standard and the full English breakfast was 10/10. On site parking was good. I would thoroughly recommend the Falcon as a good base for a stay in or near Bromyard. It's not 5-star luxury, but that doesn't matter. I have used it before and will use it again."

"Just a 5 minute walk into Shrewsbury centre. Ample parking in a quiet street. Check in process was simple. Room was very clean with lots of little extras, tea, coffee, water, snacks. Quirky interesting decor but clearly attention to detail throughout. Bathroom/shower very clean and comfy bed, slept right through. Would definitely recommend, 9/10."
