"There was cockroaches in the room. There was mulled on almost everything, including the windows and the air-conditioning and the towel was the size of a postage stamp. It smelled like heck. "Although the breakfast was excellent, they failed on the basic ameninites. The beds were rock hard, the hot water never got hot (I shivered through a cold shower) and the door to the bathroom needed muscle to open and close. I complained to Marriott and they said "no one else had complained during my time there" which made the entire experience even worse. Never staying in this brand again."

"Satanic hell. Could not get into my room. Fire alarm going off. I called Expedia and got a refund. Others guest smoke, open room with underwear and other unsightly items one does not want to see. "I liked how clean the hotel was. When we arrived they were cleaning the carpets and it smelled very clean. What i didnt like was that my bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also there was a plate of food in the microwave left from previous guests. Otherwise i would say i enjoyed my stay and the staff were helpful."
