"It was bad. The view was nice. There's no free wifi. There's free wifi at McDonald's. This is a couple hundred a night minimum place. Call front desk and no one will answer. No room service. No pool. Restaurant doesnt serve lunch. Breakfast is something ridiculous $$. We had to be moved, bc of a huge leak coming out of an electrical socket over the bathtub, middle of night. "Laundry room was filthy, to go food everywhere. No quarter machine, sign said to go to front desk but they never had any. Told to go to the arcade in the mall but they were closed. Booked this hotel mainly because it has an indoor pool. The hotel rents out the pool to some swimming class several hours a week on different days. Nowhere is that stated on Expedia or their hotel website. If I’m booking a hotel I should have access to all amenities or be informed on the closure. Arrived a few hours...

"Nice area of the city. We walked to restaurants and to Trump/Kennedy Center. We were close to metro stop at this hotel. Hotel was very clean. The check-in process was absolutely horrible. We arrived at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready yet. There was only one person working the front desk and she did the best she could but was overwhelmed with many guests showing up at the same time to check in. We waited just over an hour to get checked in. For our trouble she upgraded our room which was nice. "
