While clean enough the accommodation is very tired and is right alongside a busy road and the window wouldn't close. The bathroom is very cramped and would not suit the larger person. At the price breakfast really should be included. We've stayed at far nicer accommodation for nearly half the price and with breakfast included. Previous occupants of our room had used the kettle as a teapot and, while not...

"I loved this opportunity to stay in Ingram, at the East entrance to the Northumberland National Park. This B&B is luxurious, quiet and lovely, with great food and atmosphere. There is easy access to beautiful walks in and above the Breamish Valley. I would definitely stay here again."
