"Ideally located if arriving by car and close to the main area. It was an easy short walk to get to the main square. The rooms are a decent size, nicely presented and clean. The bar area is also well presented and has a nice feel. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were a couple of members of staff who were a bit abrupt in my opinion. The hotel is also located next to a busy road so noisy to have the window open but this is the trade off for easy access by car so more of...

"Great hotel with lovely staff. We stopped here for one night after Disney on our way to Calais. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. All 5 of us had a great nights sleep and will definitely return on our next trip."

"I give this hotel 5 stars. It's not a 5-star hotel in the official hotel rating system. Not really. But it's a great place to stay on your way to somewhere else. I enjoyed it and I will be back. Everything was there to make your stay comfortable. The check-in was easy and quick. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, functional, with enough space not to feel crowded. The breakfast was nice (continental). It's kid-friendly. Plenty of food options a short walk away. A lovely place overall."

"We only had one night to stay in Arras as we were with friends who were visiting the war memorial. We found everyone at the hotel extremely helpful and caring. Breakfast was splendid. The hotel itself is full of character and historical interest. "

"Our only objection was the annoying Wifi connection, which required a complete login every 30 minutes or so. The room was smaller, but mainly because the “double“ bed turned out to be quite large (and very comfortable). You cannot beat the location - just steps from Heroes Square and reasonably priced."

"Room itself was very sparse, satisfactory bed and running water was all it offered, BYO soap too. Breakfast had a nice variety but was an extra charge of 15 Euro each. Hotel was located just off the highway and railway so there was some degree of noise. The main thoroughfare was like in North America, packed with malls and eateries and McDonald's, etc."

"The Hotel did not accept that I had paid Expedia immediately when I booked it a month ago. It took over an Hour to resolve this problem. The food in the Restaurant for the evening meal was very poor. The beef was very tough and the Dauphinoise potatoes looked as they had been reheated many times!"
