"The room was clean. The pillows were awful. The carpeting in the corridors was stained and looked awful. But the carpeting in the room was fine. There was no oj for breakfast. The person at the desk said they didn’t know how to turn it on and was waiting for the breakfast lady. She didn’t show up so no juice. I need it to take meds in the am. But the breakfast looked nice."

"This hotel was a great gem in the middle of downtown Salem. We enjoyed being able to walk to almost every point of interest. The room was spacious and chic. The shower was a bit small and parking was horrendous. The hotel host a lot of events so that contributed to the abundance of people in the area but we eventually got a spot toward the evening. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here."
