"While it is an older building, the room could have been cleaner (for example: base boards were dirty, chipping paint sitting on the windowsills). Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The pillows do leave a lot to be desired; they are foam and not comfortable for us. There is a water jar in the lobby, which is nice, little plastic cups you can fill and take. "

"404 was roomy , bed was comfortable, bathroom was updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was popular as was the bar. A lovely period place to stay."

"The staff was pleasant. The room was average. There was a water stain in the ceiling from a repaired water leak but it’s just an observation it didn’t bother me really. I could tell the tub hadn’t been cleaned which I mentioned to the desk to be done. The breakfast was decent enough. The elevator took about 20 seconds to open when I got to my floor which was a bit unnerving and at one point didn’t come when I pressed the call button. Someone informed me that it was having issues.
