"This is my second time at this property. Adrian was great! I couldn’t find the info regarding the hotel shuttle and had to call the hotel. He provided me with the information and confirmed my pre-check had been completed for both my rooms since transportation was running a little behind. One thing I would change is that there should be a sign up sheet for the shuttle. We were told to be there at a certain time in the lobby for our transportation to the airport.
