"Check in took a bit longer than expected which seemed to be due to staffing issues. The room was clean and ready for us upon check in. The parking available through the hotel and also the long-term airport parking were a bit confusing for our stay and we left for our trip still unsure of if we were in the correct parking area. Overall we would stay again and would like to use the pool next time!"

"had an overall decent stay at the property. The room, bed, and washroom were clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues. The heater in the bedroom was not working, which made the room uncomfortable. Also, the balcony door/window was difficult to slide and did not open easily.
