"This property is in a relatively good location in Siena and has many positives. However, the use of perfumed cleaners in our room was a real issue as we had an allergic reaction. On request, the cleaning staff quit using the fragrance products. Thank you. Also, this hotel does not have an elevator. This was not an issue for us, but could be a real problem. The breakfasts were not really great. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo di Valli, that started with the warmest welcome from the hosts. The room was absolutely gorgeous, full of historic charm, whilst still being comfortable and providing everything we needed. The hotel is only a short, easy walk into the historic centre, and the views from the terrace at breakfast are truly beautiful "

"Extremely good location in the city of Siena but parking requires about a 10 minute walk and cost 20 EU/day (good price for unlimited in/outs). Building was well converted to today's standards.
