"Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Guest laundry facilities were appreciated. Elevator was creaky and old, but it got us where we needed to go. There is a dirt area near the hotel to take dogs to go to the bathroom, but we found a strip of grass down the block and across the street for our dog. Our car was deliberately damaged in the covered parking garage, but nothing the hotel can do about that. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a nice stay at the Anza."

"Check-in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ok I suppose. The bathroom/tub wasn’t as clean as it could have been and having the little kitchen nock essentially in the bathroom (that we affectionately named the “batchen” was the craziest thing I’ve ever seen in a hotel. With the bathroom door opening out into the batchen, prepare to get hit by the door if using the sink or the microwave. The pool towels can use replacing but other than that the location is...

"Stay with family was awesome and the front desk staff was great. However, the in room dining was horrible. They took my order to the wrong room, unapologetically they gave us the salad we ordered, not fresh and over an hour later. Next, my bill had additional in room dining charges. I showed my receipt and on the bill it showed the incorrect room so they removed the charges but apprehensively. That put a damper on my stay because it ruined the vibe. Overall for this stay 3.8."
