"The location is very convenient, close to the train station. The rooms are clean. What I didn’t like was that there was no bottle of drink water, tea, or coffee in the room, which hotels usually provide. However, I liked the breakfast — there was a wide selection, and everything was tasty and well prepared."

"Hotel well location to bus routes etc but room was very minimal. Originally we were put in a different room that had a dirty shower, headboard and radiator and had broken furniture alongside curtains that opened to a wall, the window was way above our heads, so had minimal light, the reception kindly moved us to a better basic room which was very kind of them and they were always super helpful! "

"Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The location was superb for a central Venice stay. Room was well furnished and the aircon was appreciated as you'd need the windows closed as you are very central; noise from tourists outside in the evening. Not a criticism of the hotel. "This is great and beautiful place to stay. Room is clean, simple but really good and you have everything you need around, also easy access to the public transport. However you need to avoid the rooms which is close to the road. Beside the camp is highway and nearest rooms is feels so noisy inside , hard to handle. "Room was TINY and the walls were paper thin. We could hear the room directly next to ours entire conversation. We barely had room to move around, and although we didn’t pay very much, the bed was rock hard and the pillows were the worst I have ever slept on, truly. I ended up sleeping with my travel pillow instead. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the room was terrible. Only stayed there to be close to the airport but would not recommend it."

"Run down property. Not as described on listing: missing tv and no connecting rooms. Old and poorly maintained. Allergies probably caused from mould. Small confined space for a family of 5. No kettle, no wifi, no tea/coffee, no chair, no table, broken hairdryer and lots of mosquitoes. Only 5 beds in a room that feels claustrophobic. Reception is useless."
