"This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, the experience was terrible. The man at the front desk was rude, impolite, and unprofessional. The entrance had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the room was completely unacceptable. The pillowcases and bed sheets were dirty with visible stains. The chair in the room was filthy, and the bathroom sink had stains and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The conditions were so unsanitary that I didn't feel comfortable...

"The bathroon was definatly not cleaned properly (Urine smell). Missing towels and pillows. Ice machine not working on our floor.
Staff need a designated smoking area away from stairs and the pool.
Pool area need to look more "fresh" ...was clean but decking etc rundown depressing
hallways ar very outdated looking"
