"All was great except this time very early in the morning there was way to much noise coming from upstairs on the 6 floor , soo much I could not sleep , the place it self is good "

"My first room was somewhat clean, the table was dirty and had stains and was heavily chipped. I didn’t report it since I was there just for the night. The second room after my cruise coming out of San Pedro Port; they assigned me a room that wasn’t clean at all. The sheets were dirty and pulled out and there was food in the room. The front desk staff blamed it on the system and I just didn’t say anything because how exhausted I was at the time. They assigned us the room next to the original one...
