"I would’ve wished their gate wasn’t open or broken if we were paying the parking fee.. everything was nice but our car’s handle was completely tore apart & broken off and the door was completely dented in on my drivers side, which supposedly we’re completely responsible for that stated on policy. someone was trying to break into our car during the night.. that was our only inconvenience but other than that service and staff were nice and helpful."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even allowed me an early check-in, which was a huge relief. The interior is spotless and well maintained. While the exterior looks a little dated, it hardly matters given the comfort and service inside."
