"The cottage itself was cute and if properly cleaned and maintained it would have been wonderful. The floor/tiles in one bathroom were loose, in the other bathroom the floor felt "squishy" and there were multiple broken/cracked shelves in the shower. Two of the burners on the stove did not work and when using the stove/oven there was smoke. The window when opened to alleviate the smoke would not stay open. "It was a beautiful condo. Was centrally located. We did walk the "direct beach access" path to discover it takes you over to another street, then you walk down about a block to get to the beach access. It was fairly close but the word direct was misleading. The use of the kitchen and laundry was a plus. The pool wasn't open for the season but it looked clean and had a nice sitting area around it.
