"The toilet was broken in 1st room. 2nd room had no towels. Went to the pool, no towels either. Cable TV guide didn't match the channel #s. The staff was very nice and helpful, but there seemed to be many things that could have been avoided with better leadership and intention on creating a great experience."

"Toilet was too low to the floor, very hard to sit down and trying to get up. Electrical outlet by was burnt as if something got hot. Friends that stayed down the hallway from us, tv wouldn’t work because apparently someone stolen the hdmi cable. They told front desk about it and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. He asked if they could get one from another room and told him that no rooms were unoccupied."

"The hotel and our room was very clean. Housekeeping was very nice. I would suggest asking for a room a distance from an exterior door to the parking lot as the door was quite loud when it shut. "Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. Pool was closed for the season, which is why we chose this hotel with no notices anywhere to guests other than on the pool. Informed staff of room issues and none were addressed. Would not...

The issue was outside of the room: the back door to the building closest to our room didn’t lock so anyone can just walk in the building, the ice machine on 2 of the 3 floors didn’t work, there were no luggage carts available, there were people not staying at the property using the pool with their 5 kids, there were full sized trash bags full of trash sitting outside of several different rooms on all three floors we saw while looking for luggage...
