"A lot of hidden fees, I got charged an extra of $70 dollars during check out. No room service, and cleaning every other day if you call and ask. Because if you don’t call it’s only once a week. Staff was a hit or miss, some were very rude and dismissive and others, on our last day, were helpful and nice."

"This hotel is very convenient for SFO airport, with a free shuttle service and early breakfast buffet. Rooms are quite spacious, and comfortable - and many have a view of the Bay, with a bayside walking path available. Overall a well maintained option."

"Hotel was very good! Staff was cheerful and room was very comfortable and clean. I would have liked to give them 5 stars, however, the carpeting on the floor to the elevator and to the room made rolling suitcases very difficult. Restaurant was very slow due to the cook not showing up. The bartender/server saved the day by using the frier to provide some foods. He was great!"

"The room was not as clean as I expected. There was hair in the tub and finger prints on the mirror in the bedroom. I went out to purchase some sanitary wipes because it seamed the tub had not been properly cleaned. The pool water was murky and there was a lot hair floating around that got caught between my fingers and that was visible. The hot tub was clean and clear. Everything else was ok. I don’t think I will return to this particular location."

"Parking was the deal breaker. We had to walk 3 blocks away with our luggage after a giants game. A bit of a bummer."

"The stay was very pleasant and the staff were pretty helpful any time of the day and we were able yo store out luggage at the concierge on both arrival and departure days. I would gone with 5 star rating except for the one incident where the guests upstairs were super noisy and we could literally hear them the entire time until 3am in the morning! Looks like the rooms are not sound proof after all"
