"The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia."

We absolutely loved it. The only minor bit of feedback I’d give, is for breakfast team members to ensure guests know what is included in a ‘free’ breakfast, and what isn’t. "Everything was good except for ventilation. Air conditioning was not adjustable to accommodate for the unusually warm temperatures in early April. It was set to winter temps and the rooms couldn’t be cooled off. Windows couldn’t be left open due to mosquitoes coming into your room to feast. "

"The location was just what I wanted - all the places in Nicosia I wanted to visit were within a reasonable walk - the art gallery and museum were 20 minutes walk, the Old Town about 30, the crossing to North Nicosia about 40, and best of all the municipal park with peacocks, and river walk were only 10 minutes away. "the hotel is fine for this budget - you can not expect anything special, but beds are fine, room was clean, all the small issues were ok - towels, water, noises - nothing here to complain. But stuff - this is a separate question. Not friendly, not polite, they are treating you as they are forced to. No smiles, no attention to details. Like bad robots.
