"Great hotel. Checked in and staff were friendly. The star of this hotel are the manager Maya!!! She was amazing to speak to and had a warm presence. There was a breakfast attendant we had on our second day that was also very nice but I cant remember her name. Will definitely stay here again as the hotel is very secure and clean."

"Their airport shuttle bus was broken down and they had no back-up plan for us. "Just get an Uber or a Lyft," they said. Yes, maybe this is easy for most people, but we'd just arrived in the US after living abroad for four years. We had no cell service and only the spotty airport wifi to communicate with. It took us several hours to arrange a ride. Furthermore, we had lots of luggage and most ride services cannot accommodate that much. We were rejected by the Lyft driver. It was nightmare....
