"Hotel was good for price and location. Bathroom was nicely updated. Staff was helpful and made efforts to resolve the room being too warm - much warmer than the hallway. A portable fan made it possible to sleep. The air conditioner also made a knocking noise which we eventually found was a plugged filter getting sucked upward and making a knocking noise. We removed it. The management compensated us satisfactorily."

"Hotel staff is nice but our bathroom/room were not clean- had hair in the shower and previous guests belongings. Breakfast ok, no lift and tons of stairs. City tax is required in cash for some reason which is very inconvenient. Great location but compromising on many other areas of comfort "
