"The place overall didn't look like the pictures on Expedia. We chose a non smoker side and the inside of the hotel room still smelt like cigarettes and had a cigarette burn in the bed sheets. The shower didn't work properly. The room on the inside was clean? Overall I will not be going back to this hotel."

"The location is great as it is close to restaurants and stores. I loved the view from the room. We saw the fireworks for July 4th from our room. I wish the pool was bigger. Also, the check in was at 4:00pm but they were behind the schedule and we had to wait around 20 mins. to check in."

"Great stay, very clean, staff was great and professional. If you are looking for a place to stay thats very close to Montage Mountain, stay here. I will be back. But, I had to get evacuated by fire department due to a “gas smell” there was no gas leak but everyone got evacuated. They did refund is but being stuck without a place to stay at 10 at night was hectic. "
