"Overall this place was amazing—location, staff friendliness, great garden bar out back, etc. The only issue was cleanliness—the shelves in my bunk were dirty with some sticky liquid and the bathroom felt kinda gross all the time. Other than that, I’d stay here again and again."

"The property was in a great location, walkable to all the local tourist spots, but set a little bit away from the hustle and bustle perfect escape from the noise at night. The breakfast offered both hot and cold foods with a good selection of both. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Peter. I highly recommend this hotel."

"This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in. Beautiful interior and close to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely staying here again when I return to Porto. "

"Lovely helpful staff at reception. We had an issue with first room and they were able to move us for second half of stay. Parking is tricky but available. Be sure to ask for a rubber shower mat as the shower base is treacherously slick. About 2 blocks to metro in nice park or several blocks down hill to main (Centro) shopping area and further on to riverfront."

"Front of house staff were excellent. Restaurant information was very helpful. I cannot say property was perfect because the elevator close to lobby didn’t work. This meant hauling bags up four steps. Otherwise, we enjoyed our three day stay. Thank you. "

"I found the staff to be exceptional and the location was great. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. I was a little disappointed my room didn't have a mini fridge but I wasn't told there would be one I simply assumed so that's my fault. All in all I would stay here again."
