"We spent 2 nights at Ilunion and were very satisfied with our stay. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The only noise we would hear at night were the other guests closing their doors as they did not close softly. The room was clean and the bathroom was large with lots of storage for our toiletries. "We booked for one night at short notice because our flight was cancelled. The room met our requirements and it was very helpful that the hotel also had a restaurant. In the circumstances it provided an excellent service in the centre of Bilbao, with easy travel to and from the airport. I would like to recommend the hotel and thank the staff for their service."
