"Our room was set to 13 degrees Celsius when we arrived. 55 degrees Fahrenheit!! There were no instructions for controlling the A/C, which had only three buttons: up, down and override. When we tried to adjust the temperature up it didn’t work. Override was a complicated mode that seemed to allow us to adjust the upper and lower limits of the range. It took hours to be able to adjust the room to a reasonable temperature, and we had to sleep with hats, jackets, and pants on. A call to the front...

"The hotel is older but has been kept up. Recommend getting the oceanview rooms, the city view was noisy from outside traffic and people. Do not recommend eating from the Grille, it's not good food. Overall, I would recommend the hotel but just have realistic expectations."

"Staff is helpful and amazing. The rooms are clean. Location is great walking to beach food and entertainment. PARKING is expensive and limited here please pay in advance they only have 10 spots for the whole hotel at $40.00 per day. No lifted trucks 10.5 ft clearance for cars. Highly recommend."
