"We had a good time here -- the location and free breakfast was a draw as were the big rooms and comfy beds. The elevator situation made things very difficult for a lot of people at check in and check out though. It might be a deal breaker in fact unless you are flexible. We often took the stairs (7th floor...but the hotel has many stories) when we did not have luggage out of necessity. Very clean and quiet."

"This was the perfect room for us...for as much as we needed a room during our time in NYC. We basically just used it for sleeping and showering, along with occasional bathroom breaks. It was pretty basic, but very clean and we were happy with the staff. They also stored our bags after checkout and before we had to leave for the airport. It was a very handy feature and saved us from having to pay for the service elsewhere. I will definitely look at booking a room there again for my future...

"The panoramic view was the best part of the stay for me. The staff were always ready to help, friendly, informative and professional. The location was just right, with the NY Waterway stop right outside of the hotel entrance. Driving to the Lincol tunnel was also very easy, a short drive into NYC, with the tunnel entrance very nearby. I will definitely return for future stays after this experience."
