Check-in started off with a very long line, which was frustrating at first, but once an additional associate stepped in, things moved along much faster and more efficiently. "The heat was very effective on the cold night. I was able to find street parking both nights I stayed. I didn't like that it smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallway and the room (although it says non-smoking). I wish there microwaves in the rooms but I made the best of it."

"This was the perfect spot for me to stay while I was solo traveling in NYC! My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and was cleaned every day. The property is centrally located in Manhattan and 3 minutes away from the nearest subway station. It was pretty quiet considering and I never had to wait for a bathroom. The rooftop terrace was also beautiful, I couldn't believe what I got for such a great price. I will definitely be back on my next trip to NYC."
