"The staff were very helpful and pleasant even when we checked in late. The hotel was very clean and a 7-10 minute walk to the Luton Airport."

"Despite the general state of the building and the surrounding area, the room was surprisingly fresh and modern with some nice touches, like a nespresso machine and plenty of tea and coffee. Very comfy bed and a good night's sleep only slightly disturbed by noise from other guests. Bathroom is tiny but it works Breakfast is free because you could not expect people to pay for this quality. Very poor offering with cheap ingredients "

"We stayed only one night very close to the airport for our flight the following morning. When we checked in it stated that the room was standard, I had booked a superior (this may not be the correct terminology) this was quickly corrected though the room we were given was quite clearly set for one person as there was only one robe, one pair of slippers, one bottle of water etc! The room however was more than acceptable!"

"Best thing was the pool.and sauna. Rooms need updating. Sofa beds hava a gap between the two mattresses where children can get hurt. The desk clerk was able to provide a mattress protector that we used to fill this gap so our children could sleep safely. "

"Beautiful building, lovely setting, immaculately clean everywhere, lovely public areas & staff very helpful & friendly. It would benefit from continuous housekeeping assessment & maintenance in the bedroom areas though - our room was a lovely very large, front facing one but the bathroom sink plug mechanism was broken & part of one of the curtains was hanging off the rail. Little things matter! Whilst there they also seemed to be having a lot of trouble with their card key system. Two...
