"Me and my parents had a terrible experience during our stay at Sprinhill Suites and probably for the first time experience while staying with Marriott. We checked in into 2 rooms on Friday night somewhere between 11 - 12 at night. We asked for some water that time but the front desk person told us that they were out of water bottles. I just went and bought my own in that case. When we entered the room the AC in both the rooms that were allocated to us were not working. I tried calling the front desk only to realize that the phone in my room is not working. I went to my parents room and called. Front desk gave me instruction on how to turn on the AC. That did not work. My wife called a few minutes later and the front desk person said 'Your husband was given the instructions on how to turn on the AC but looks like he is incapable of turning on the AC'. That was first very rude and condescending. By around 2 am at night, after a few phone calls with front desk, they said this is an engineering job and can only be done in the morning. We finally made a request for some fans finally. The next morning after 2 hours of follow up an engineer finally showed up to tell us that the AC in those rooms was not working in the first place. That time the front desk manager told us that we will have to vacate the rooms and that they will now allocate new rooms to us. So we had to pack again and follow up with the hotel that day to make sure we have 2 rooms again the next night."
