Large clean rooms and whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were amazing - friendly and very helpful.

The check in online process was really easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. This hotel is perfectly positioned to walk and explore Budapest, with endless lovely pubs and restaurants nearby.

What a fantastic hotel. Highly recommended. I would return if I visit Budapest again. Location: (a) took 200E bus from airport and then M3 metro. With Burger King/Starbucks to your left, cross the road, and the hotel is down a side street. Also walking distance to a main metro station with bus and tram links. (b) lots of food places to choose. Good room with clean comfortable bed. Bathroom had a good shower. There was a tv in the room and hairdryer in the bathroom. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but I was able to buy it at the bar and take back to the room in a takeaway cup. There was also a free drinking water machine on the floor and a vending machine with drinks and snacks, if you wanted them. Just behind the hotel is a small supermarket too. Modern clean studio room. Impressed with the layout and decor. Only issue for me on a personal level, there was not enough natural light. Having the curtains open, there was still not enough daylight and therefore you needed the lights on and curtains drawn. However, still a nice place and near all amenities. Worth the what you pay.

I chose the property because of the public transport links. Everything was within walking distance, Metro, buses and trams, trains. There were also lots of coffee shops, burger joints, restaurants withing few steps away from the hotel. Our room was spacious, and we had complimentary bottle of water and small fridge to keep food / drinks. I was also pleasantly surprised to find some sweet, yummy donuts they left me for my birthday and accompanying card. The thought was very much appreciated....

Great central location. Perfect for Christmas markets, St Stephen of Balisca. Easy access to cross the river via the chain bridge to Royal Palace & Fisherman’s Bastion.

A very well run hotel, the rooms had everything required for a very comfortable stay, the staff were very helpful, the location was ideal for visiting all the places of interest in Budapest, taxi transfer from the airport about £50 return, a visit to the House of terror a must, as is the Gelert spa which is about 30minutes walk away across the river, We have visited Budapest 4 times now, and will be returning later on this year and will be staying at this hotel. Wow...what can I say. Amongst all other routine things that we usually experience in a hotel when we are on a vacation, this hotel adds-up an additional notch by its personal touch. Stayed for 1 week and would definatly stay there again should I go back to Budapest. The staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful. The rooms were spotless with really comfortable beds.On arrival we received a free welcome glass of wine and complimentary champagne each breakfast. The breakfast was substantial with an excellent choice of hot and cold food. There was free wifi which was fast and reliable . Really couldn't fault this hotel and would have no hesitation booking there...

We were a family of 4 in one room with a bed and pull out. Room was perfect- loads of space. Location was excellent and the staff really helpful and accommodating (all communication by e mail and responses fast and helpful). Excellent location! Highly recommend.
