"A/C is centrally controlled by the management, we tried to reach the front desk for multiple hours & finally gave up & found hard to sleep through on a hot sunny day. Needed to reach out to front desk for other issues too but they aren't responsive. The Guest desk phone would just be in engage mode. Disappointed for the service we got for the price paid."

"The hotel was awful, smelled terrible, elevator poorly maintained, 1 staff person, transfer were impossible to get, poor location for walking to anything. Would not recommend... I left after one night. No refund given for second night. Breakfast ended at 9am."

"For the price, I felt the hotel was only about a three star. The outdoor maintenance was absolutely horrendous. Nothing trimmed nothing cut. When I booked this online, I was thought I was staying in a 4.5 to 4.9 rated hotel. It is not. The plane landing, and taking off on the water was the highlight. The rest of the experience was average and best."

"This hotel is located in a bit of a rough area - we arrived a little after midnight and there was a good bit of foot traffic all around. We didn't have any problems but were a little uneasy as we traveled with kids and the rooms was outer door access. The facility is older, but extremely clean and the front desk clerk was very kind. "Check in was extremely slow. Each group ahead of us took 15 minutes each. We only booked this hotel due to it having a kitchen. The pictures include a 2 burner induction stove top. The room had cabinets and draws but not 1 utensil, pot, pan, plate, bowl or anything to cook or eat with. Was told but the front desk that this is because they have no way to sanitize. The listing for the hotel is very misleading. My 1 night stay should be refunded."
