"The staff was so helpful. We hit bad weather and are travel was delayed and Expedia system canceled out room after 11pm. When we called to verify travel (due to weather) was delayed.
We literally had no room to sleep and the staff figured out for us."

"The breakfast wasn't that good and not worth the money charged.
The carpet in the room looks beaten and slippery. The door to my room needs repair and looks half closed when locked.
My floor was noisy especially weekend and one could hear people talking in the other room during the night.
The entire building needs renovation."
