Hotel murah di Killawog

"Smelled of mold and cigarettes. Could barely fit into the bathroom and if you turned on the fan it sounded like a truck engine. Only pancakes for breakfast. By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we payed $250 a night. Should gets FULL refund.😡😡😡"

"Check in staff person could’ve been friendlier, it seemed she didn’t want to be there n it showed. Room was clean n beds were comfortable. Only stayed 1 night, because it was overpriced due to graduation wknd. "

"Room smelled. We were lucky we had febreeze in the car! Left the bathroom exhaust fan on to help suck out the odor. Place needed some painting and lock looked like it had been broken off several times. There were also some shady characters hanging around. "

"Cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast provided was good. The Front Desk staff, who were male, need to be aware of appropriate manner and courtesy in speaking with a customer. Interaction was an individual experience and observed iinteraction with another customer, who appeared to be also female."

"Room was updated and clean Staff was very friendly Guest on the floor were very rude. Up at 3am, Slamming doors and talking loud for hours. Didn’t have breakfast but large area plus I saw a gym. "

"We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

"Clean room and helpful staff. Not much for amenities but we didn't care about that. Very close to Cortland campus."

"Clean room. A bed and a working bathroom. Bathroom fan was extremely loud to the point we had to keep the lights off when using it. Fridge was empty & part of it was broken. "

"I just needed a place for 1 night. It was perfect, the thruway was close. Yes..it was dated but very clean. I did online booking and check in was a breeze. And I was able to park right in front of my room."

"The outside could use a face-lift. We thought it was a precursor for the rest of the property. Room was alot better than expected. Mini fridge, microwave and flat screen TV. Bedding was updated and seemed fresh. The biggest let down was the bathroom. Very dark, outlet was very loose and borderline dangerous. Dead flies in the light fixture and shower/tub needed a grab bar. 3/5"
