"Rooms only got housekeeping services on the third day, disappointing.
Sheets and towels only serviced on the third day, unless requested.
Pool was closed for "maintenance".
Restaurant had no dinner service - although it stated it had it on the website.
The location was great, with beautiful views if you can get passed all of the bad things.
Bar had good prices with decent service - not a happening place.
The place should be a gold mine - they are doing something wrong - Management perhaps?"

"The hotel was conveniently located and very clean. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Because of the weather and downpours, we decided to eat in at Monks- and the service was phenomenal as well as the food! Definitely glad we stayed."

"Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly, parking was available conveniently and for free. I specially loved how this site provides complimentary water bottles, fresh-baked cookies, and 24hr coffee.
