"Great location, close to everything"

"Facilities were generally good, however language barrier was an issue; unless you know Bahasa Indonesia. Room service mixed up orders. The spa did not deliver the service as indicated. Toilet had frequent flooding issues. However, the breakfast buffet spread & room makeover were top notch."

"With all the greenery and plants everywhere, this hotel is beautiful to walk into. Check in was great, we arrived early and were able to leave our bags until it was time to check in. We also did this on our last day, as we had a late flight. The room was adequate, comfy bed and big shower. Just be aware that there is a frosted glass panel between the bathroom and bedroom (in the room we were in anyway). You can't see in, but it is bright into the bedroom during the night - if that bothers you....

"Room is clean, comfortable.There is hair dryer and cool aircon ,but mini bar is not cold & shower not warm enough.Plenty of food varieties for buffet breakfast though.These are the pros & con, but I will stay here again as its just 1 minute walk to malioboro st. "

"Liked the breakfast, awesome. Ate at the restaurant a couple of times, that was a nice experience, wonderful staff and great food. Walking nearby was an adventure, you have to walk on the street mostly. But it was very handy to the train station and close to Malioboro St which was nice."

"There’s free welcome drink provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to put some of our souvenir that must be kept chilled in their main fridge (because the one in our room was not cold). They also allowed us to keep them until the afternoon before we departed from Jogja even when we already checked out. On a side note, good communication from the hotel too. I accidentally left my neck pillow and chatted with the hotel and they found it. I will collect the pillow...

"I enjoyed my 6 days there. I was a solo female tourist. The staff always went beyond to meet my needs. The electric sockets in Indonesia are unique in that they are round and sunken. So my square universal plug did not fit. Their engineering quickly found a spare conversion socket for me to use. They were happy to fill up my water bottle with ice whenever I asked. Always with a friendly smile. Breakfast became my favourite meal. They have an Indonesian buffet every morning. So I had the...

"The hotel is close to Malioboro Street. However, it's a little set back from the street, so it's not noisy. There are many shopping stores, but not many restaurants. Many people eat at food stalls. You can also go to the Royal Palace and Tamansari within a 30 minute walk. My room was on the 5th floor, WiFi connection was not good and sometimes disconnected."

"The hotel is a nice hotel. But the description that it offers "airport transportation" is false. And the location of the hotel is not good for going about Yogyakarta, as the sidewalks are blocked by vendors and the streets are impassable due to everyone driving motorcycles in Indonesia."
