Telpon tidak hidup sehingga harus turun ke lobby yang cukup jauh dan keset kaki baru datang setelah 3x minta disertai omelan waktu permintaan ke 2x dan perlu waktu sekitar 3 jam prosesnya sehingga handuk mandi yang harus dijadikan keset kaki terlebih dahulu. "The stay here was not quite up to standard. They are very stingy with towels, and only allow one per guest per day. The towels they allow you are thin as tissue. Also, the toilet paper supply was very light. Worst of all the WiFi was abysmal, constantly going in and out of service. I’m also quite certain that the ice in the drinks served in the downstairs restaurant, which also handles breakfast for the hotel, is not made using purified water. "Brilliant hotel, excellent value and great stay. The rooms are nicely maintained and laid out, the roof top pool is great. Access to a full service gym is a great perk and the breakfast buffet is absolutely elite. Seriously, schedule an hour for breakfast to take advantage. Cannot recommend enough."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Cenang in Langkawi. The room was always cleaned promptly in the morning, and the front desk team was very accomodating. The location is excellent, we could see the beach from our balcony and we were only a few feet from the sand. Thank you Cenang!"
