"Everything is great. The staff are very nice and friendly. The room is simple and functional. Because we're in the holiday season, we often have to wait in line for dinner. Also, since the beach is not private, it always busy and the chairs are occupied all day long. "

"Great location right on the beach. It’s like a block away from a main avenue that has lots of stores and restaurants. There were 2 issues we had with this stay. The main issue was they didn’t give us the room that we paid for through Expedia. We paid for the sea view room and they gave us a partial sea view. "I wasn’t expecting much from this property but was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, food options were great. Our room had a peek a boo view of the ocean. Those that say this place isn’t on the water probably got put in building 4. I would definitely go back."

"The hotel is off the main road. So you can access it very easy. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool area was clean and modern. "

"We enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, the kind staff doing the best they could with what they had. The facility is run down with broken trim and holes around windows. Got a lizard in our room one night!! It needs a lot of work/updating and this appears to be identified by a banner at the front advertising Sales with a Condo Complex coming soon. It will be sad to see this quaint Hotel torn down. It was probably gorgeous in the past and up-to-date."

"My reservation was for 2 adults and a 14 year old minor, but at the time of the reservation the receptionist stated that the minor was supposed to be a 1 year old infant so therefore they charged almost 1800 pesos more."
