"I arrived late at night and was unable to open the room door. I had to return to the front desk, and a staff member came back with me to the room and demonstrated that the door had to be forcefully pushed open every time in order to work.
I was also unable to get the TV working despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps, including unplugging and reconnecting it and trying different outlets. In the end, I had to watch television on my phone instead.

"Room interior was nicely renovated but bathroom needs updating. Pool and hot tub area not connected so have to walk outside to get there. Pool building needs some work and the pool/hot tub needed to be cleaned. Fire pits and smores on the beach were a wonderful surprise. The staff was great and very friendly."

"Great location directly across from Shepler’s Ferry. They took care of our luggage from the dock in Mackinac City all the way to our room. Enjoyed Winchesters and Kilwins without leaving the building. The breakfast delivery was very good. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"I couldn’t wake up for the breakfast so I don’t have anything to say about it but the room and amenities were really in good condition. The staff were also nice and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and I enjoyed being here. 5 star ⭐️ rating from me. :) "
