"Expedia re-booked our stay to this hotel and we weren't aware of the place or area it was on. We called immediately to expedia after looking into it and they told us to call the front desk to cancel. The front lady was really rude and couldn't offer any help until the manager was there (2 days after the booking)
At the end, they refused to do a refund and we paid 200+ for free due to their inability to help."

"I had a severe water leak coming from the ac unit or refrigerator that was uncomfortable during my stay. I did write an email to them and hope to hear back soon. The staff did waived my parking and received a free breakfast, which was nice."

"The room is okay, the bathroom is good, but the AC in our room was leaking water and caused the room to smell horrible. But the location is good, there’s plenty of stores nearby."

"I liked the Sheraton overall…but the stay was horrible…never again
Why? Because housekeeping didn’t wanted to give me any towels
No swimming pool!
No Breakfast was served!
I paid that kind of money and my stay was Horrible…
I’m disabled person and I had to pay to park…
SMH…
