"Over priced. Unfriendly staff (male cocasian with glasses) tried to overcharge for our 4 yr daughter. Facility showed in the website (eg indoor pool) costs 15 euro per person. Dinner courses comes with desserts bought in a supermarket (eg ice cream). Room is tiny and lacks facility such as a chair or sofa. Not worth the price. "

"First time in Font Romeu and this was a lovely place to relax. Ideally placed in the centre of the town it was easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Not everything was open due to it being between the seasons and with Covid 19 on top of that. "

"This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. "Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "We loved our stay, the staff were super accommodating, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and they went over and above to accommodate for my dietary requirements. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the slopes and the ski lockers were very useful. We would recommend to stay here, the breakfast has a good range of choices and there are several bars and restaurants next to the hotel. "

"Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. At least it was quite which makes a change for Andorran lodgings"
