"I drove all the way from Connecticut to attend Multifest, so I was really looking forward to having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, the hotel could have done much better. My room was facing the parking lot, which was disappointing considering the reason for my trip and the amount of driving I did to get there. "Bathtub would not drain, so when I took a shower there would be water up around my ankles. The snacks during their happy hour...were very very old stale crackers, cheese, pretzels, and fritos. The drinks were good!"

"Room wasn’t the cleanest but beds were made and linens were fresh. Bathroom had multiple concerns like mold on walls/shower curtains, and vent fans loose or falling from ceiling. We needed connecting rooms so we didn’t notify the hotel while there but did upon checkout. Hotel is the closest to where we were going so we dealt with it but staying in Charleston would probably be a better choice in the future."
