"The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was satisfactory, the dining room was very cold though. The cleaning and cooking staff were very friendly and attentive.
The biggest thing I didn't care for was, the 25 dollar early check in fee I was charged, for checking in 2 hours early. I thought that was unnecessary. That's really my main complaint."

"I thought the 3 to 11 front desk clerk was very helpful and resourceful. The maintenance man was prompt and willing to assist in making our stay more relaxed and memorable.
The cleaning supervisor was not helpful and did not keep her word.
I would like to have enough towels in my room for my family in the future."

"Property is in serious need of remodel. Main lobby area was ok but our room was run down with cracks in ceiling and stained toilet. My sister was next door and her room never got serviced and there was smoked joint on her patio. Unacceptable. Thankfully we were on the first floor because they had sign posted that elevator was not working. Some in our party had ac issues on the higher floors. Two medium coffees will cost you $10. Front desk staff was rude. Will never stay here again."
