"My booking was non refundable and when I walked in a roach was running around the lobby. The person that checked me in wasn’t trained correctly because he locked himself out of the system and resulted in a hour check in wait time. The interior had visible spots that could be clearly clean. This place reminds of a independent place carrying the Marriott brand on a cheap budget."

"My family and I were in town for graduation and we absolutely loved the hotel. Everything was wonderful!!!! Check in was very easy and quick, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, good variety and nice seating area. We needed extra towels and bedding for the sofa bed and within 2 minutes of speaking with the housekeeping supervisor, we had exactly what we needed. We had an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10"

"This LaQuinta was a disappointment. There was no hair dryer in the room & no hot water. Breakfast was also disappointing. Coffee pot in the room was disgusting. At breakfast there was No staff visible. Dirty counters & tables. No fresh fruit. No yogurt—very limited breakfast."

"We stayed over the weekend for my son-in-law’s memorial service. The hotel advertised a pool and hot tub, so we took our grandchildren for a swim and hoped the adults could relax in the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working, was blocked off, and had no water, with dead cockroaches at the bottom. The pool was so cold it couldn’t be used either. "The home was not very clean when we arrived. The linens were stained on the beds, there were bugs, the toilet was unsafe and unstable, and there were no washcloths, hand towels, or body towels in the bathroom. I feel bad because I have never written a poor review before. If we had not arrived late at night in the rain, I would have left and asked for a full refund. "Such a beautiful property this was to stay in! Comfortable too! The beds were super comfortable, the home was clean and it was a perfect place to relax and spend time with family roasting marshmallows by the fire or having dinner in the covered porch outside. For us, the lake wasn’t close enough to really walk to and take advantage of, but that will not stop us from coming back to this place again and again when we visit our family here. It’s a great place place to stay! Highly recommended! "
