"Very comfortable bed which was surprising to me because I personally have long-term chronic spinal pain from an injury and multiple spinal surgeries. I slept well and awoke fully rested. My traveling companion said the same about the bed she slept on. Also, the room was quiet and there was no problem with getting hot water for our showers.
Highly recommend this property.
Hotel Denim was the absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I found no problems anywhere."

"From the time I walked in the grass was not cut. There was a lot of water on the floor in the elevator. The first room that was assigned to me had someone else in it. The second room that was assigned had hair in the sink, floor, and tub, sink stopped up, and smelled . The third room that was assigned to me was much better, but when I got in the shower there was no soap in the dispenser and the toilet stopped working.
I tried to speak with the manager, but since it was a weekend(Saturday )she...

"The rooms seem old or dated. The bathroom is tiny! The bathroom was clean until long dark hairs appeared during shower! They seemed to be attached to bottom of shower curtain!!
The A/C unit was kind of noisy when it came on. The room was clean and the beds were comfy."

"When I showed up at the hotel they told me it was oversold and they sent me to a Hilton Garden Inn, however they gave me the address to the wrong hotel. Even though I asked for confirmation that it was a hotel four miles away. So after a lecture by that properties manager regarding company billing. I contacted Embassy whe eventually gave me the correct address. An hour lost after a long workday. Hilton / Embassy you left this customer feeling very under appreciated. "
