"I was there for a 5 night stay. After arriving an hour after the check-in time the FD concierge told me they were still getting my room “ready” … I didn’t get upset, I patiently waited in the lobby for about 15-20 minutes while they were getting it ready. I entered the room and while beds were made, the floor had some hair and the love seat was unsightly stained. It didn’t look welcoming but I let it slide. I had events to attend that night and knew I would just request a cleaning in a few days....
