"First time staying with as a family of 3 with a young toddler. Half board included breakfast and dinner which was different for the 2 nights we stayed. Great rooms, clean and spacious. We have booked with half board, the sumptuous dinner might have been well enjoyed by some but the amount were too much for us to stomach. Property offers pick-up and sending service from near bus station or train station but you will need to call to the property and make a booking (or just call them when you arrive). Property provide amazing dinner and breakfast which is traditional Japanese style. Both Public and private bath places are amazing with relaxing atmosphere. "Very clean and very comfortable. They are very vague about you putting everything back. Does it mean you have to wash all of your dishes and put them back exactly? Communication was lacking. Of the two emails I sent, I never got a response. I left some stuff there and asked if it was found and they decided not to answer me. I ended up leaving it there so I suppose someone else is not enjoying it."
